Gregory Ian Korn, AIA   Principal & Founder Locations: Thousand Oaks and Inglewood, California and New York, NY

Gregory Ian Korn was born in New York, NY in 1976. He graduated from Mamaroneck High School in 1994, Cornell University in 1998 [BA], and Washington University, St Louis in 2002 [M Arch]. He began work in the profession in 1992, and obtained architectural licensure in 2005. Greg’s experience spans a range of project types and sizes across the country, and even internationally. He founded GKA in 2009 with a passion for serving end-user small businesses. He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects since 2005, is NCARB certified, and LEED accredited.

Gavin C. Farley Design Director Location: Dallas-Ft Worth

Gavin is project administrator for GKA’s Dallas-Ft Worth office, and serves as Design Director for GKA nationwide. Gavin brings two decades of commercial and residential design experience to GKA. Gavin enjoys collaborating with great people on meaningful projects that return dividends to the clients. Gavin has worked on branded rollout of retail store prototypes, performing arts halls, police stations, office buildings, structured parking, master planning large movie studio lots in Los Angeles, and dozens of multi-family housing projects. Gavin is a graduate of University of Texas, Arlington [BArch] and Southern California Institute of Architecture [MArch].

Nicolas W. Arango Job Captain Location: Jersey City, NJ

Nicolas is project administrator for GKA’s New York Metro area projects, and Job Captain for GKA’s New Jersey portfolio. Nicolas has worked for GKA since 2021 and has gained considerable experience in both design and drafting, and field work on GKA’s many commercial and industrial new construction improvement projects. Nicolas also helps maintain GKA CAD standards and trains and supports GKA junior staff. Nick is enrolled at New Jersey Institute of Technology [BArch].

Jude Stacey Intern Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Jude is an architectural intern for GKA’s Thousand Oaks office. Jude assists with CAD production and CAD standards and is enrolled at Moorpark College.
